Am i delusional?

How do i explain ? I am an extremely introverted and philosophical guy..so i tend to live more in the world of ideas.what i mean to say is that a common average person wont think about all this science stuff about psychology to change ..he will be concerned about the practical matters..like enjoying life , money etc..but i tend to get fixated twrds..finding meaning , finding happiness...probably coz i have read too much philosophy and psychology books.. maybe it has to do with my hidden narcissism ( ego)..this grandiose belief about becoming and achieving something ...that is very idealistic...may be i should try to be more average...be like other people...thats why i sometime i think whether my beliefs are delusional...do i have delusional grandeur or goals that are practically impossible to achieve..

Hi! When I was younger I was exactly like that! I was actually reliving my younger days just now... I don't know how old you are, but I you should  never try and be more average, or like other people.

Does it make you unhappy to think the way you do?

My psychiatrist told me that if you think an idea is delusional it probably isn't, because you have the insight to perceive it as such.

It is difficult to be someone like you and I in a world like this.

    Stay true to yourself 😊
