its a good thing to not have those side effects, by having them it doesnt mean its working, it means you're consuming too much fat! no side effects is good. as for the constipation i found i had it a bit when i started but after a few weeks it went away

I've been taking them for 1 week on Wed, and I have found exactly the same thing.

After my 1st tab, I did have an oily experience (if you know what I mean....) but since then I've gone to the loo much less than normal. I even had a roast dinner and a pudding at a friend's yesterday, thinking that it might get things moving, and nothing.

I have generally been eating quite strictly and avoiding fat.

I was not expecting to be constipated during this process, in fact anything but....

    Good luck BSOB

i find that i dont get the side effects until a few days later if i overdo the fat, i dont know if everyone else gets it but beware, if you don't get an effect soon after it doesnt necesarily mean you wont have one at all!

    good luck
