Hi, I am 21 years old in a committed relationship, he is my first, and I just noticed some skin tags down there. I can't go to the doctor, I have no idea how long they have been here. They are not itchy or painful. Please help, I am losing my mind over here, are they cancerous?image

this looks like vestibular papilloma to me, I have it too, and they were as big as yours, the doctor burned them with acid to reduce them, it's a normal condition of the vulva caused by an accumulation of vaginal lubrication. Hpv wart looks like cauliflower, the papillae have the same base, in the case of papillomasosis it appears in the vestibular region in a symmetrical way, on both sides.

it is an aesthetic issue, and yes, they grew back, but they are limited to appearing in the vestibular region, unfortunately there are doctors who misdiagnose them, do you believe that? I've already been told it was an hpv wart.

I have finally an appointment with a doctor that I am going for the first time in 2 days and I am pretty anxious. What do I do if she misdiagnoses them? Should I tell her that she is wrong or that would be rude? I don't even know how the term is in Greek. Also I am thinking that I don't mind them being there especially if they can grow back. Does it cost much to remove them? I hope she will help

the second doctor I went to said it was hpv, but I looked for a specialist who studies this and she confirmed that it's not. Complicated.

My vulva is very similar to your vulva, but we compare ourselves to the vulvas in porn movies, but don't worry, it's nothing serious, you can go to the doctor to reduce their size, but they come back.

Update: I went to the doctor she said everything was normal and it is very common, she didnt mention anything about reducing them only after I asked her and maybe I will.

P.s Thank you for answering and calming me down
