Am I going backwards?

hi everyone,. i hope you're enjoying some sun? i feel like i'm back at square 1! i have a burning sensation when i try to open my bowels, my bowel is really tight and i really am struggling so much so i have had to see an out of hours doctor today. my bottom is bright red, it's painful and i am told what? have buscopan. does anyone know why? how is a painkiller going to stop my bowel been so sore? you fed the same rubnish all the time! 🤔😿👎😠
