AM I GOING CRAZY?!

I think I’m going crazy. There is no other explanation I can’t control my thoughts. I feel out of it. I have been like this for too damn long and I’m tired of it. I’m not myself. I don’t know who I am anymore. I really feel like I’m completely losing it. Has anyone ever gone through this and overcame it. I’m tired of living my life like this I just want to be my normal self again but it doesn’t seem like that’ll ever be possible again

Hi I don’t have any answers but just want to say I’m exactly the same. I hate it and feel I just can’t take anymore.

Hi I’m sorry you feel like this too it’s the worst feeling. I just want to put all this behind me and move forward with my life I hope that we both can pull through and that this will just make us stronger people

Yes I’ve been feeling like this. It’s a cluttered mind & stress lol. But I highly doubt you’re “going crazy”

When people go crazy, they don’t know they’re going crazy. They lose connections with reality. Me, you & everyone else with this same problem are in fact TOO in connection with reality. The fact that we are scared or concerned about going crazy is a sign that we are sane. In fact the fear of going crazy or thinking that you are is a very common anxiety symptom.

My suggestions? Get plenty of rest & find distractions. Keep busy so you can’t think of anything else but the distraction. For me, it’s playin basketball, excersising, school, & video games. Just make sure you find healthy distractions lol. Don’t turn to alcohol or drugs. Find more friends & connect more with others & I promise it’ll get easier.

Wish you the best, & God Bless ??

Talk to your Doctor, make a list of your concerns, this will help you not forget anything, ask for a double appointment this will give you more time to explain your needs
