Am I going mad ?

Hello ladies, you came to my rescue earlier in 2014 when out of the blue I bled constantly for 3 weeks and I was worried that this was not normal.

Well that all passed and my hot flushes came back but not as severve as before but this last week I am experiencing high levels of anxiety,a feeling of being outside my body, dizziness and huge confusion. I am normally a very level headed person with a responsible job but I feel like just going to bed and never getting up again.

I have booked to see my GP on Thursday...if I make it til then !

Nope your not going mad, you are going through the changes, into perimenopause into menopause!  The out of body, dizziness, confusion topped off with anxiety is the worst!!!!!  Depression may kick in as you get so tired of it, we are all in this together and hopefully it will not last so long, it comes and goes, so just keep telling yourself it will pass, and the next time it hits it may not be so severe since you know what it is.  xo
