Am i having a sinus infection?

I'm a 23 old female. Usually healthy. But for the past 2 weeks i'm really sick. I dont have any congestion or heavy cold. But i'm extremely weak and tired all the time. I have mild headaches above my eyebrows and in my cheek bones area. I'm feeling dizzy all the time. My right side of my head is really heavy and i'm hearing constant ringing noise in my right hear. Not able to concentrate and do anything.

I have sinus history in my childhood. Not sure if my symptoms now are also sinus issues.
