i'm a 40+ female no high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabitics (till janu) no family history of heart attacks. I feel bloated and sometimes feel like it is not easy to breath. slight pain near jaw time to time. and slight pain today near left hand wrist. I"m frightened. am i going to have a heart problem? When i get these symptoms i get very frightened.if i had a pain in my left had or if i sweat alot then again i worry and wait for the other symptoms and they also seems to appear. because of this i am reluctunt ot exert my self physically. I have visited doctors several time for this for about 3 yrs. Had done ECGs also bot came with nothing. But due to worry i went ot a cardiologist this Janu and he did a exersie ECG also on my request and said ok. He said pain attacks. I am always worried about getting health issues. checking for symptoms...i now remember i did this as a child also. but mostly scared of getting heart attacks. what is the problem? am i in danger? any advice...pls

    hi

it all sounds like your getting health anxiety the symptons sound all too familiar, already hospitals and docs have said your fine but anxiety is wonderful at making you think there wrong and your already saying you are checking for symptoms, suprised they didnt diagnose you with anxiety , i wouldnt worry just tell your doc

    take care

Endocrinologist might be more useful. Maybe peri menapausal driven anxiety. Not denying the panic arracks but hormonal changes make it more intense.

Im letting nature run its course. Not saying thats the smartest thing but  as i passed through peri menapause to menapause i have developed some ailments. Went from perfect blood pressure to elevavated. And good cholesterol to now higher ldl levels and developed xanthelesma on my eyelids.
