Please can someone help me??? I have been taking Amiltriptyline for several years for Painful bladder syndrome current dose was 35 mg which i believe helped me sleep through the night without having to get up constantly.

In Oct I sneezed & had agonising pain in my back left lower lumber side. After many weeks of suffering had private MRI I have fractured L2 , Gp prescribed Zomorph 10mg x2 a day & Ormorph for breakthrough pain I started this on 16.12.20 but this did not touch my pain at all.So returned to a&e on 21.12.20 they were more concerned that i was constipated followed advice used suppository that evening that was awful it did not work as i expected! later after a shower & doing hair I suddenly vomited without warning!!! Even tough i had taken anti sickness med Stemecil i think its called? I only took Zomorph etc for 6 days and stopped after vomiting!! During these 6 days i did not take my amiltriptyline at all, as i was so worried about taking morphine!! I am still constantly feeling sick 3 days later, restless legs, tearful, hot then cold! clammy, burning stomach, bowel pains no appetite have not really eaten anything at all!! i have opened bowels everyday since!! Is this the morphine or the fact i did not take my amitriptyline as normal and did not intend o stop taking it!!! I cannot cope with feeling like this can i just start taking it again??? &?will nausea etc goaway?? ive only taken 2 paracetamol & 2 new anti sickness cycliyzine in last 24 hours havent eaten anything yet as feel rerrible!! Back is horrendous!!! please please help!!!
