Am I internally bleeding??

I suffer with bad health anxiety and I'm on Meds for it but today I've triggered it because every now and again a woman bleeds from down there also around the time of month but today I had it coming out the other end and it's making me think all sorts! What did I go do?? Googled it! I googled how to know your internally bleeding and it said blood in urine or stools and straight away I thought that's it I need to go the hospital! But it also said you will feel dizzy lightheaded short of breath and the minute I read it I started feeling like that! Bear in mind I'm due my periods tomorrow too oh my god I'm all over the place my minds playing tricks on me again😞

    Big time health anxiety. Red blood wouldnt be a big issue so you can relax your mind. Blood would not just pour out either and nor would you have anytime to do a search on the internet if it did. The internet gives you the prudent answer or an extreme..neither of which seems to even reflect reality. Sometimes. I read a whole thing hoe doctors are suppose tomrun certain tests for certain issues and then i go for my exam and im lucky if they do one silly standard blood test. They dont follow anything the internet says. Many nurses always laugh and say people are driving themselves batty trying to diagnose themselves, but i feel like saying maybe if the doctors paid more attention to what the patients were saying they would not need to reach up on the net.bottom line is you can find a hundred articles to reflect what your mind thinks everytime so really it just makes you feel more uoset and more anxious. These forum i think are better in a way. A lot of people stopped using them too which is sad because we all need to helo each ither

      V good exactly the algorithm is set up to pick all variants of the word conditions etc making people think the worse then when gp's sigh as its another case of googleitus

      then when we don't get all the tests presumptions increase then 're Google

      the most depressing thing I read is yet another post with yet another poss medical problem

      glad u have seen through it sometimes friendly chat is all that's needed

    I've had two separate internal bleeds ( both following surgery) and its agony, so unless your in pain your ok.
