Am i intolerant to alcohol?

I noticed that every time i drink alcohol my health goes way down for ages afterwards. I never knew why it was and i never went to the doctor about it even though it gets quite bad. I will be going to the doctor next week but i wanted to get some answers on here first. I notice when i drink alcohol sometimes i feel a bit nauseous when drinking it and other times i'm fine but it's what happens afterwards that's the worst. If i go out and get drunk one night then for months afterwards i be having bad health problems, like bulging eyes, negative thoughts, bloating, i become sort of "skinny fat", heat sensitivity, paleness, dry flaky skin etc.. And these symptoms can last for months even if i live a healthy lifestyle other than the alcohol it still takes months to heal.

Lots of issues going on and strange I think. More details please. How much do you drink and how often and for how many years have you been drinking? Do not know your approximate age group. Rare to be sick for months due to one night drinking.

I'm 21 years old and have been drinking from the age of like 17. From about 14-18 i had similar issues which i put down to the fact that i had alot of stress during those years and i would eat really badly, like junk food all day everyday. I cleaned up my diet and started exercising at around 18-19 and healed myself fully pretty much within a year. Everything was fine until around 20 when i had the health problems again and looking back at it it was after i drank too much alcohol it would happen. It's been on and off for the last year and a half now even tho i still eat relatively healthy and exercise every time i drink too much i regret it for months sometimes.

Should have added that you have lots of reasons to stop drinking I think 😁

I was then only one to reply two days ago. Nobody else. A shame since this was a very active forum when I joined 3 1/2 years ago. How is your weekend shaping up? Regards Robin
