Am I just totally paranoid??

I've been on birth control for the past 2 years, after becoming pregnant just before this, when I was not ready. I take it at the same time everyday religously. And have not been sick etc, but have taken 5 days worth of antibootics for UTI but doctor advised me this will not effect the pill. Since feb this year, I have been experiencing frequent urination, and feeling bloated/looking bloated (although no one else can see this). I've had my usual withdrawal bleeds, at the same time and as heavy as usual- but I can't get it out of my mind I could be pregnant, even though I know theres the smallest chances. Please help sad

    also, everything else for urination has been ruled out, and doctors putting it down to OAB, as UTI cultures came back clear

      I think I will- but I also don't want the paranoia beat me, as I have had atleast 3 heavy usual withdrawl bleeds x
