Am I misscarrying?

im on the nexplanon and did not thing i was preganant but i got my period last thursday i though.. i have been bleeding since very heavy off and on. i felt sick earlier this week, tired,headache,cramps,backache, low grade fever, very emotional. yesterday i passed 3 big clots and am considering all options as to what is going on. i normally have a normal period and my clots are normally small and i dont feel them coming out, but yesterday i felt them all come out
