am i pregnant ive not had sex in over 13 years and i have all the symptoms of being pregnant

am I pregnant I haven't had sex in 13 years but I have nipple discharge abdominal pain lump in my stomach and a hard lump in the pelvic region but I haven't had sex in 13 years and there's been no child what's wrong with me please help

    If you haven't had sex you are not pregnant. Go see your GP to discuss your symptoms further.

    I get the impression you lack some very basic understanding of reproductive health and pregnancy. It can be an embarrassing topic to talk about for some. Perhaps research a bit online first. Do be careful as there is a lot of rubbish information online too. Then best go see your local GP/nurse for a chat about how human reproduction and pregnancy happens. Please don't feel shy or embarrssed by it all. Your health is very important and understanding how your body works is vital in order to keep yourself in good shape.
