Am I really positive to HSV1?

My last sexual act was two years ago, one year after that i found out i had HPV and went to see a dermatologist for removal after being tested for some STD ( hepatitis, HIV, syphilis) and they were all negatives. after the removal of the warts, spray and pill and creme antibiotics were prescribed And i took them for like ten days.

The operation caused me an infection and my genital area inflated so much, one if the warts lesion didn't heal well until i permanently covered it. i went to see an urologist two months later to see what is going on , he did a diagnosis and told me that i might have herpes but he needs to be sure , he requested a blood test that came up with the following results :

Igg hsv1 : 5.00

igg hsv2 : 0.12

igm hsv1: 0.12

igm hsv2: 0.15

he prescribed three antibiotics for bacteries and ulcers , he must have found gonorrhea bacteries, he didn't told me but i have the symptoms ( dark and brown spots with darker skin in my body, burning sensation in the testicles, some difficulties to urinate properly).

knowing that between my last sexual act and my blood test 17 month passed. what do the results really mean ? i saw a practionner and when he saw my blood test results he said : there is nothing here. i am so confused, what do all that mean? i am willing to do a second test in a different laboratory.

hi have you ever had cold sores or recall if you had them in the lips ?

I honestly don't recall having them, not in the near past. Can it be something from my childhood ? I

hey well, it could be because usually hsv1 is acquired in the childhood

depending where you live. if you think that you have been exposed well it really depends

sores usually become blisters that fill up and then pop with some liquid . did you have ever anything like that ?

the only thing that i had in my genital is an itching hot sensation and a pressure in the bladder, i took a look on the internet but i haven t seen anything like those sores on me before.

i live in Morocco by the way.

and thank you for your answers, i deal with that alone.

i remember having "external" bumps on my lips during summer , we call them "fever bumps"

so those are good news , you probably have oral herpes

meaning that you caught when you are younger.

the thing from the reaction could have been just an infection

from the info and the test i think your fine.

if you started with this blisters in the lips before you were sexaully active

it is most likely you cant catch it a second time

i would love to tell their is but there isnt , you would have to wait until you get symptoms and test by pcr i think you just have it orally
