Am I suffering with chronic fatigue!!! Every day is difficult.

I am a married mother of one 3 year old girl. I have suffered with severe tiredness and fatigue all over my body since 2012. I have a bad back since having daughter in 2010. I have to sleep in the day, work part time, when home with daughter I can't sleep for obvious reasons and it's hell. I am exhausted every day, don't sleep all night but only wake up briefly. Sometimes awake for hours. I have palpitations everyday.

Please any advice

worth a gp visit for some blood tests, as it could be one of many things at this stage. General tests would prob need to include, iron, vit d, magnesium, and checking your thyroid. It could be something 'simple' that needs a supplement to help your tiredness or talking to someone and looking at regulating your sleep pattern. Yoga and meditation can help. Good luck with you investigations cheesygrinJK
