Am in my 2nd week of having a ruptured ovarian cyst about 4cm. Still having constant abdominal cramp

Any help!.

Am in my 2nd week after having a ruptured 4cm ovarian cyst. I and still having constant period like cramp. I have no energy and can't do any activity for more than 10mins before reaching for pain relief and cuddling up in bed..any advise? Will this get better?
