Ami and FEMALE ORGASM

Hey there ami friends,
I’m transitioning from Escitalopram to Amitryptaline at the moment, and only on week two (still taking 5mg of Escitalopram, and now up to just 20mg Amitryptaline) and all of a sudden I have less sensation with both solo and partnered stimulation, and can’t orgasm!
Just wanting to start a discussion about this, and hear what anyone has done to remedy this? The Ami is already helping me so much more than my old medication was, and I am feeling my artistic creativity coming back after two years, but wtf I can’t live with a diminished libido/ability to orgasm. Changing meds (again) would be my first thought, but I really am so much happier right now (apart from the no orgasm thing of course!). I meditate, eat well, excercise regularily, and have a good relationship with my close friends and family as well as my sexual partner too, so I feel like it really is just down to the Ami. If it is already like this on 20mg, I am very hesitant to go up to 30mg in a few days time. I’m off to see my doctor later, but thought I’d ask all you savvies on here first.
Love and light,
ClaireBeth

This medication is used for alternative types of treatment. If someone has physical Nerve pain this drug represses that. I use it for nerve damage. Doses range from 10-25mg through to 75mg.nightly. You will need to discuss your problem with your GP.
It seems like early days for you with this medication, If you look in the box the drug came in there should be an instruction leaflet, you may get more information there. The dose you are on at this time is low, however you may need upwards of four or five weeks for the medication to work well.
Discuss your problem with your GP, there are other clean medications you can try. However remember most medications can have side effects and some drugs that suit one patient may not suit another.

With a true hope of not sounding to vulger. Your ability to get off should return once you have fully moved to taking the Ami's only. If it seems to be getting stubborn or your down there can't seem to remember how to get the deed done on the returning
to action thing I suggest getting a great shower massaging head for your shower & forcing the issue the first time. (Retrain the area on what's supposed to be the wazzup down there by make yourself get off) after that you should be smooth sailing. Hope this helps.

Well I guess its different for a guy. My dosage 50 mg a night for head pain rendered me orgasm unable . My doctor prescribed sildenfanil 50mg and they really work. Although my mood at the time can affect orgasm and also what I've eaten .
