Amitriptiline for migrane not working what next ?

been on 20mg amitripline for months now on 30 mg and still having daily migranes . any help or suggestions ??

    i used to suffer with migraines and no pills could work.

    once i started breathing exercises and mindfullness it helped enormously. found an app called CALM very helpful. body scans etc.

    also one called curable is helpful.

    found when i began to relax my nervous system / muscles then the migraines subsided.

    the pain is created by your brain so need to relax the brain.

    I was out on them for a different reason and they gave me head aches had to stop taking them
