I have been on 10 mg of amitriptyline for migraines. I just had to start taking a muscle relaxer for back pain and was told to stop amitriptyline cold turkey. I did ,even though I was nervous, and have had no side effects from stopping

Once I'm done with muscle relaxers I guess I might have to start at 5mg and then 10mg usually don't feel to good for a few days when starting
