Amlodipine/ choline

Hi , has anyone checked what Amlodipine CCB might effect Choline , Does Calcium channel blockers cause a decline in Choline , Is it a decline in choline that is cause all the muscle aches and pains , I have only just yesterday been reading about Things like Anticholineergic(Is that to much) or not enough Choline. It seems Amlodipine does mess with Choline , But do all CCBs cause problems ? Where dose the calcium go if it blocked from the blood stream , does it build up in the liver causing fatty liver disease, all this bit confusing , diltizem is another CBB
