Amlodipine delayed side effects

Three days ago I started having irregular heartbeats off and on and notice no matter what I do ie increase fluids in case of electrolytes low, they still come and go. Been on 10 mgs since July 2021. Anyone face delayed side effects? Can't get to doctor right now but am considering just weaning myself off it as I have 5mg and 2.5 mg prescriptions still good. I am on a combo of bp drugs so wouldn't be totally drug free with regards to my bp.
