Amlodopine withdrawal due to burning mouth horror !

I have beenon Amlodopine 5mg for over a year and have been suffering from burning mouth syndrome since then . My doctor or I never thought the cause could be Amlodopine ???

But my body finally reacted badly this weekend and I have decided to stop taking it . As it is the weekend I cannot talk to my doctor so am a bit nervous about suddenly stopping it but have to escape this intolerable pain all over my mouth , tongue and aching teeth !!

Has anyone else gone through this nightmare ???
