AMOPIDINE 2.5 MGS........

I am an older adult and I am into holistic and alternative health. My new cardiologist recommended I take the above pill added to my Atvorstatin 40 mgs. Isosorbide and Metropolol (low doses). I am not happy about this as I don't want to take anymore chemicals into my body. He said there weren't any side effects and that it was a low dose, but I am very sensitive to anything new and frankly, don't believe him!....Because my holistic doctor doesn't take Medicare anymore I can't ask for his opinion and all he did was send me an e-mail telling me to take it. I don't trust any of them!****
