An inflamed bump on my vulva

hi! i have been suffering for weeks from vulva burning. i noticed a little bump next to my hole, it's really hidden in the crook and hard to notice but its there and hurts so bad when i touch. i went to the doctor but he said he can't see anything its nothing extra just little inflamed... put me on some antibiotics and cream but didn't help. it hurts so bad. I'm devastated. i have a feeling i have been misdiagnosed but i don't have money for another visit.image

    your opening does look inflamed

    the bump may have been there for quite a while but you have only noticed it since it has become sore

    do you have and unusual discharge or even smelling a little strange. itching?

      There's no smell or discharge at all... at first i thought it was just vaginal dryness, and that's why sex hurt...but days went by and not only sex hurt but sitting or walking... i checked in the mirror i saw it was red then i noticed that bump.. idk if it was there before, but now its awful. I got steroid cream for the inflammation but didn't help...
