A positive ANA on its own does not automatically mean you have an autoimmune disease.
A clinician would also diagnose by examining you and looking at your symptoms.
I have a positive ANA of scl70, but also had a Rheumatologist examine me to diagnose systemic sclerosis.

Hi. Think this almost certainly means auto immine diseaae. Presumably you have symptoms and that's the reason you had the test done. But you will need follow up with a specialist to determine what sort of disorder you have. Who is managing your treatment?

ok you will need follow up. But if you don't have any symptoms then that's fine. Heard of people having these kind of readings but not having any symptoms of illness....or maybe you were. Not sure from your posting.
