Anaemia symptoms flare-up?

I was anaemic for about a year, up until July last year. In December/January I kept feeling randomly dizzy (almost collapsing one time) but then this went away. For the past two weeks or so I've been feeling dizzy again, and today I had fatigue that randomly came round for 2 hours (I had been feeling like it just before I left for work and had some fizzy drink and some water afterwards in hope it would help it go away. It randomly went away in the middle of my shift). My last period also was like the ones when I was anaemic (where tablets and a hot water bottle didn't work).
I did have a shutdown today (autism thing) which was one of my worst, so that may have been the cause
I also have lowish weight (43.6kg) , but I've been putting weight on (half a kilogram in two months) so don't think this would cause it.
I am due a blood test for anaemia again (have been since January) but it's been hard finding the time. To have a blood test, I would have to either be late for work or try to get one on a Saturday (both of which are a pain, since I no longer live as near as I did to the doctors surgery). So I would only go if there's a real chance of being anaemic again.

You may want to address these with appropriate medication and see it it afftects your dizziness and during periods.

Do you have regular meals? If not this can cause anaemia and also dizziness. I'm getting the impression you are not very old { teenager/ 20s?} and maybe dont have a very good diet? Do you eat breakfast? or are you too busy.... "hard finding time". It pays to put yourself and your diet first. Dont skip meals.

Aged 16 (17 next month). I eat 2 meals a day (I hate breakfast ever since the doctor suggested eating something more than a yoghurt). The first time I eat in a day is at 12 and then the second is 7 (used to be 5 but now I work). I'll have two biscuits before nighttime too. Don't eat that healthy but it's the only way I'm putting on weight. Still eat fruit and vegetables most days though.
