Anakinra / Kineret

Hi guys

I have been on Anakinra / Kineret for two weeks now. 10 days into the daily subcutaneous injections I have developed injection site reactions, they look quite bad, look like I have been in a paint ball fight. Raised red lumps, sometimes itchy, the skin feels hard where the site reaction is. Apparently 70% of people get this and it disappears between 2-4 weeks after first popping up. Has anyone been in the same boat and did it go ?image

    I tried Kineret about 18-20 years ago, during the time that Enbrel was having manufacturing supply chain issues. I had horrible site reactions as you described. An besides, Kineret is a daily shot when the other are weekly. I went back to Enbrel.
