Anal abscess surgery twice a week ?

A week ago, I had anal abscess and fistula surgery.But ı feel pain the touch abscess and not sitting anywere Today I went to check and the doctor; He said I had to have surgery again tomorrow. My abscess was cysted and very hard not liquid. He said I didn't touch it too much during the surgery so the anal muscles didn't get hurt. Is it normal to have two abscesses surgery within a week? And with general anesthesia ?
