Anal bleeding, caused by GHSV1?

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hi, I am very anxious and I hope someone can help me.

I have ghsv1, I had one outbreak and none after. Its been 16 months, I am feeling ok except im still regretful for what I did to myself for unprotected habdjob with stranger who has herpes on her hands. Recently , I have bleeding at anus after discharging stool. The blood is fresh red. Im worried I have caught other std from her that caused my anal to swell and bleed. My questions

1/ could this bleeding be due to hsv1 at the anus ? I can't see if I am having any ulcer

But I feel I have some anal fissure and a little bit of swell pain

2/ could this bleeding be due to hpv induced cancer ?

I dont have any hpv warts but I am afraid the person has passed hpv to me when she passed hsv 1 to me . Which now cause the fissures and bleeding at anal

Pls help me with my worrisome questions

Peter

Honestly, it's unlikely related, but if you're worried, go see a doctor for a proper examination and testing. Handjobs are typically very low risk for everything. Are you sure that's how you even got gHSV1? How were you tested?

If your suspected outbreak was never confirmed by swab test and you only have a blood test to go on (IgG or IgM?), then that does not necessarily mean what you had was herpes. Maybe, maybe not. Your other symptoms at present, however, are not herpes related.

Feliz , I think my anxiety depression has relapsed. Thus having so many pain and negative thoughts. Anyways, I will visit my psychiatrist again. Thx for your calming message. I am just mentally unwell.

Please take care and look after yourself. Have you also considered doing something outdoors like walking or hiking and reconnecting with nature? It can be beneficial. At the very least, it's relaxing and calming, especially if you focus on your surroundings, not your inner thoughts.
