Anal fissure

So after 3 years I find myself back to square one!

Been off work since end Feb, in chronic pain with large amounts of blood when I have a bm, had a colonoscopy as gp was concerned about the ‘C’ word, but that was clear, however it appears I have internal and external haemorrhoids as well as the fissure.

I am waiting for exam under anaesthetic with the hope of Botox again, not quite sure what is going to happen to the heammoriods as yet hopefully surgeon can sort them too as I think they are causing just as much pain as the fissure.

I am once again felling very sorry for myself as in constant pain with no let up.

Any help/advice greatly appreciated 😉
