I just had botox 3 days ago. I have been dilapidated for 5 weeks. off from work and can't stand for more than 5 min. can't sit. not even on a donut pillow. I was wondering if anyone else had the same experience that they could only lay down all day? did you take botox and how long was it til you can carry on with a normal life? also how long did it take till you could work out?

ihi there, I don't believe botox works. I think you need to look at your diet, lubricate before BM, do not wipe, but wash your bum!! take hot salt baths and if that fails you need LIS surgery. it took time but im 80% better which means i have a life again!!! good luck
