Anal fissure

****hello

wondered if anyone can put my mind to rest. i went to docs with some rectal bleeding and i have been referred for a colonoscopy. Not only an i panicking about having that procedure i am beside myself worrying about the results.

I have tried to look and thought i could see some fissures but on reading about them its says if you have more than one it could be anal cancer. I am now convinced i have that. Please could anyone give any advice
