Anal fissure after Moderna Vaccine

Hi,

I just got my first Moderna vaccine on Saturday, Jan 8th, 2022, 4 days later (Wednesday), my fissure re-opened and there was bright red blood in the toilet. This fissure was healed and I had no symptoms for exactly 2 years until now. Is it possible that it was related to the vaccine ?

It took so much work to heal it and now I seem to be back at the beginning, no need to say how anxious and nervous I am.

Trying to get an appointment with a doctor to see if I have clotting issues ???
