Anal fissure and pain after urination

Hello all

I have been dealing with an anal fissure for several weeks now. I have been using nifedipine with dibucaine ointment twice a day. I have now noticed a strange symptom. I am having mild tingling/irritation at the tip of my penis after i urinate. The irritation is on the inside of my penis. Is this common? Is it from the anal fissure or a side effect from the medication? Could it be something else? I have no discharge. My urine is clear. I am in a monogamous relationship so I know it isn't an std. I have a follow up appointment with my doctor but it isn't for another month. Please help. I have been reading things online and am making myself sick worrying it is something more serious.
