Anal fissure? Cant poop AT ALL.

Okay so I am 13, and Im very sure that I have a anal fissure. Whenever somthing happens to my body or I feel sick or I dont feel good or whatever I tend to do research on it and I had a very large, hard stool and Im very sure I have a tear in my anal/rectum/anal canal. This has been happening for a couple days now and the pain is so bad that I cry so bad, like how I am right now for instance. In the past 8-10 hours 3 ex-laxes and 2 ibuprofen. Nothing has worked. I havent been able to poop for the past 3 or 4 days because the pain is so unbearable. It burns and stings so bad if I try to poop and I dont even try to push it out or nothing. Like it wants to come out by its self. It also bleeds at times. It isnt a lot, or too bad. But I tend to have really BAD stomach pains, im pretty sure I have IBS basically, to the point where im crying as well. And the only thing that helps me and makes my stomach not hurt anymore is going to the bathroom and basically having diarrhea, but I cant do that if I cant even poop at all. Im layinf on a heating pad right now to maybe see if that will help but my stomach still hurts and I cant stop crying. Ive been trying to drink more water, and we dont have too many foods in the house that contains fiber right now. And we dont have any stool softeners. I just dont know what to do and im desperate. Please help me!

Hello love,
I am so sorry for you. I have had a similar situation, I know the pain is off the scale. I had Botox injections that really worked well. Get to the Doctor asap. I still take something called regucol, drunk or with some juice through a straw it's more pallet able. Purchase it from Holland and Barrate. It will get easier xx

I used to take one large jamba juice and drink the entire day. I lost 20 pounds in 4 months.
Everyday it scares me to s**t and even now. I visited doctors they gave me Nifidepine cream and asked me to apply everyday two times.
I completely switched off from fried stuff and any diet which makes my stool hard, even though its very tuf to restrain from all the tasty stuff but we dont have any choice. Its the life changing decision and you have to make one.
If possible eat some pears, berries etc.
Its long fight and dont loose hope

What is sounds to me is that you are costipated. So you cannot poop. You need to go to a doctor to check why you can't poop. My doctor told me to try suppositories that to stick up your arse. Or have to tried an enema, to try to soften your stool..
Three years ago, I couldn't poop for 10 days. Went to the hospital because the suppositories didn't work and the enema didnt work at my doctors office.
The hospital gave me the liquid that adults take when they have a colonoscopy, it cleaned out my bowels completely. No after effects.
So your best option, is to go to your parents and tell them your problem and then have them take you to a doctor, immediately . This should not been happening to you now at your age.
It can get worse. I hope you take my advice, see a doctor NOW

Here are some suggestions I have for you to help you through:
1. Try somee zinc oxide in the form of calmoseptine which has menthol to soothe the area down there as well. Calmoseptine can be bought at almost any local drugstore and can be bought online too.
2. Try squatting when going on the toilet instead of sitting. This is a much helathier position and the poop sometimes will just slide out, no pushing or straining involved.
3. I would definately take a fiber supplement, specifically metamucil is what I take evveryday, in ordr to allow your stools to be soft and to allow them to pass thorugh easily. THis being said, with any fiber supplemetn, you must drink lots of water when using them, or they will not work veffectively. Also, do not take too much as too much fiber can irritate your bowels on the way out and diarreah actually does worse down there.
4. I would recommend getting a sphicteronomy surgery if htings dont get better. I waited it out, gave up, had the surgery, and was able to heal within about two weeks. I had a chronic fissure, so I knew where you are ocming from with v all the pain and discomfort.
Try listening to music to distract your mind a bit, especially when going to the bathroom. If you are in writing pain, distract yourself with a movie or TV show right after. Also, to prevent myself from screaming and from putting more stress in the area down there, i bit down on a washcloth in order to make the tensions with my teeth instead of my sphicter muscle.
Hope this helps!!!
Best,
Myles
