Anal fissure from a botched hysterectomy

I had a hysterectomy thirteen weeks ago. I have been in severe pain ever since. I had problems with infection from the very beginning and also found out the botched hysterectomy caused a fissure. In the beginning I tried everything. Every cream, every natural remedy. You name it, I have tried it. Now I am currently seeing my eighth doctor and using a calcium channel blocker cream, doing the three sitz baths a day (so sick of this), and I use lots of baby rash cream (zinc oxide with other natural oils). So I have been working on healing this for three months now. Every day is a struggle. I start off the day feeling pretty good and then the pain starts. I not only have pain from the fissure but also from the incision from where my cervix was removed. I also have severe shooting nerve pain throughout my abdomen. To say my life has changed would of course be an understatement. I live day to day just trying to survive the pain one way or the other. I would describe it as pure hell. Any suggestions please feel free to comment.
