I suffer from the same anal fissure opening and closing for 2 years . i had lis sugery which did nothing and botox which eased for a bit but couldnt control gas so that was a no. the last time i saw surgeon in may said nothing else he could do and to live with it. i cant stand the pain its hard not to scream my head off at work after bm. i have tried all the diffent creams and pastes. i despair!!!

Powerful treatment for Anal Fissure Acute / chronic both:
Pysillium Husk <isbaghol> 1 tea spoon in warm fresh milk soak for 30mins drink 30 mins before sleep at night.
Warm Sitz bath for 20 mins 2 times a day.
