Anal Fissure, Hemorrhoids or Piles?

I've been dealing with debilitating pain when having a BM for three weeks. Contacted my Dr (who is currently not seeing patients in office) and she prescribed Proctozone and Lidocaine. Neither seem to have worked.

Dulcolax, lots of water, coconut oil, vaseline and an oil I found online seem to be helping somewhat.

Since my Dr has not seen it, I am unsure if it is actually an anal fissure as she is suggesting but I cannot find any photos online that match what I am seeing. I just want to make sure what I am treating is actually what is wrong with me. thanks in advance
