hello im having a panic attack on my room rn ive been having this itchy and fissure or cut like feeling in my anis for about weeks now, and im really scared..... i dont know what to do.

looks like you have stretched the skin on your anus! you will be best off seeing a doctor on this one to take a closer look and provide you with some cream.
