Anal fissure - want more kids. Help please!

Hi, I had my first fissure in 2013 which healed with GTN cream. It came back in May 2018 with another one and so far rectogesic won’t heal it.

I had my first child Feb ‘17 and would like another one but the next step is Botox and banding.

I have HUGE doubts over Botox in that area of my body ‘cause

1. of the horror stories which my CRS has confirmed (ie it banding can cause more fissures and Botox external piles); and

2. there’s now evidence to show botox does migrate and doesn’t necessarily stay local.

The 2nd point GREATLY concerns me as having a neurotoxin floating round nearby to my lady bits and ovaries is the last thing I want, as I’d like another child.

Are there any ladies out there who’ve had it done and gone onto have healthy children?

Also is it too hasty to ask for LIS surgery and skip Botox? I’ve read that they like to avoid LIS in women of child bearing age tho? I’ve already had a c-section and would need another one.

My head is fried as the 2 AF’s I have aren’t healing but I really don’t want to make them worse, let alone affect my fertility!

Please can someone advise me?

They’re not rip snortingly painful so I’m tempted to leave well alone but am also aware another pregnancy could worsen them :-(

Really don’t know what’s for the best...
