Anal fissures and hemerrhoids - try this

Ok so I'm 29 years old and I have had problems with anal fissures and hemorrhoids for the last 7 years. It's not been ideal to get these conditions at such an early age for various reasons, which I don't need to illustrate as I am sure you are all familiar with them.

I have genuinely tried to go to the GP so many times. They don't ever seem to appreciate the level of pain, discomfort and anxiety that these conditions cause and through many internal examinations, tend to see little to no damage whereas experientially, I can attest to that being a completely erroneous judgement. Even a referral and a camera inserted up my rectum yielded no joy!

Anyway I have tried all the creams, all the gels. I have tried changing my diet, taking baths, reducing stress levels through yoga, meditation, and gentle exercise. All of these things that I have implemented in my lifestyle have generally been very beneficial so I highly recommend them.

However, what irritated me the most about the pharmaceutical products that doctors are so ready to dish out is that they are creams as opposed to suppositories. I'm sure you can all relate to the fact that our rectal areas are so tender and sometimes swollen, and genuinely very painful. So the idea of inserting a digit or any other thing inside to apply cream is sometimes very difficult or outright impossible.

What I found to be absolutely incredible is the following.

Buy yourselves an aloe vera plant - they're also lovely plants to have in the house and have many good properties in the home. Treat that aloe vera plant well and get yourself some home suppository molds. For your reference, I found some on Etsy. Also get yourself some organic extra virgin coconut oil.

So the procedure itself is quite fiddly but well worth your time - trust me. Cut a leaf from the aloe vera plant and gently, with a knife, slice away the green leafy bit revealing the very gooey meat inside the plant. Cut this up into thin strips that will fit into your suppository mold. The reason why I recommend also having coconut oil is that if you inserts the aloe vera which has subsequently been frozen into your rectum directly then it feels really cold and quite shocking to the body because it's essentially water-based so it's like inserting a little ice cube into your butt. So what I do is I melt down the coconut oil in a pan and then put that inside the suppository molds at the base. Then I insert the aloe vera cuts inside as well. That way when it's all frozen the coconut oil which covers the bottom ensures a very smooth entry into the rectum. Both these substances are recommended for hemorrhoids and anal fissures but together they truly are a wonderful medicine.

Just to illustrate how effective this has been - but you do need to be consistent and do this every single night before bed so it can work it's magic during the night - I was literally bleeding on Sunday and then I made my molds again and I was no longer bleeding on Monday.

I have never in my life had a more resistant condition (thus far anyway) but aloe vera and coconut oil together in frozen suppository molds have been an absolute game-changer. Before you try the creams consider the operations please try this very organic and natural method (alongside also taking care of yourself both and body and mind of course).

I really hope this helps and good luck to all of you because I know how painful this is and you all have my File size is too big sympathy and encouragement to get better.

Hi Lemongrass, thank you for sharing your home remedies with us. Sounds like a great idea. Have you had surgery in the past to help heal chronic Anal fissure? Sounds like you haven't but wasn't sure.

hiya:) no I haven't. I've been examined many times and they have never deemed this to be necessary. Even if they had though,I would have continued to try everything natural and organic first.

Hope the aloe Vera and coconut oil help 😃

Aloe and Coconut oil has long been an ancient medicine, there has been scientific research done on 0.5% Aloe cream to show significant improvements in chronic fissures.

Clove Oil cream also shows a significant reduction in anal spasm pressure. This is scientifically proven, but nothing has ever been proven with regards to coconut oil when it comes to fissure but I can tell you it is a life saver for jock itch etc. So we know coconut oil has healing properties

I used virgin coconut oil for 3 days for my fissure but didn't really do anything for my fissure, I then got Nitroglycerine 0.2% compounded and it seems to really be helping me. Every day I am healed even more and am in even less pain, tho the pain is still a nightmare. But nowhere as bad as this condition was once.

My fingers are crossed and hoping this Nitro works. So far so good, please god let this nightmare end!!!

Diaper Rash cream aka 40% Zinc Oxide once almost healed my fissure until it relapsed just like that. This cream is scientifically been proven to heal wounds faster unfortunately it has no effect on the anal spasm .

I will get tumeric and drink that, it has wonderful healing benefits, I am also eating Tuna it is high in healing properties.
