Anal fissures? Please help!!!!!

Posted , 5 users are following.

Me and my boyfriend tried anal sex on Monday the 1st and ever since then I have been in unbearable pain. I looked at myself in a mirror and can see at least 3 small tears surrounded the anal opening which have still not went away. I had a BM on Wednesday and the pain was horrible. I don't think I can go through another BM until they are healed, there's blood when I have one. I have increased my fiber and water intake in the hope of improving this, however it's going no where. I have also been using coconut oil and anusol cream around the anus to try and heal it. What else can I do as I'm in too much pain, usually I have a high pain threshold, however this pain is nothing i have felt before.

Since you have three, you probably need to be evaluated by a doctor and surgery may be your only option or Botox. I have one fissure and have controlled it with olive oil, Dr Butler's Hemmorhoid/Fissure ointment, Vicks Vapor Rub and Calmoseptine.

I put the olive oil on my index finger and put it inside my rectum. Makes sure you use plenty. Then I take the Dr. Butler's and put a small amount on the fissure and inside my rectum. Then I take a small amount of the Vicks and dab it all around my rectum. Then I dab my rectum with a little tissue and then put a little Calmoseptine on the fissure. Only use the Dr. Butler's and olive oil internally. Do this after every bowel movement. It sound like a lot but once you do it a few times it takes just a few minutes. I take a contact lense case with the Dr. Butler's on one side and the olive oil on the other on case I have a BM while I'm out and have an issue. That helps a lot until I can get home and do the whole routine. I do drink plenty of water too.

But this helped me. I only have to do this every now and then for prevention. If you have other questions you can private message me. Hope this helps.😊

    Hi Fiona

We’re u in considerable pain during? Or did it come after the deed?

Either way it’s worth being evaluated by a colorectal surgeon

They’re very used to this sort of issue (I work for one)

Until then do salt baths to keep the area clean and free of bugs. Don’t be alarmed but don’t ignore it either   Prompt evaluation and treatment is ur best bet.  Xx

Here are some suggestions I have for you to help you through:

    1. Try some zinc oxide in the form of calmoseptine which has menthol to soothe the area down there as well. Calmoseptine can be bought at almost any local drugstore and can be bought online too.

    2. Try squatting when going on the toilet instead of sitting. This is a much  helathier position and the poop sometimes will just slide out,  no pushing or straining involved.

    3. I would definately take a fiber supplement, specifically metamucil  is what I take evveryday,  in ordr to allow your stools to be soft and to allow them to pass thorugh easily. THis being said, with any fiber supplement, you must drink lots of water when using them, or they will not work veffectively. Also, do not take too much as too much fiber can irritate your bowels on the way  out and diarreah actually does worse down there.

    4. I would recommend getting a sphicteronomy surgery if htings dont get better. I waited it out, gave up, had the surgery, and was able to heal within about two weeks. I had a chronic fissure, so I knew where you are ocming from with v all the pain and discomfort.

Try listening to music to distract your mind a bit, especially when going to the bathroom. If you are in writing pain, distract yourself with a movie or TV show right after. Also, to prevent myself from screaming and from putting more stress in the area down  there, i bit down on a washcloth in order to make the tensions with my teeth instead of my sphicter muscle.

    Hope this helps!!!

    Best,

    Myles
