ANAL FISTULA HEAL ITSELF! I NEED ONE TO TELL ME

Hello Everyone greeting!

i had been diagnosed with Anal fistula the first time 2012, and i had undergone 3 surgery (2 fistulotomy and one seton placement) unsuccessfully. To be honestly i given up in 2017 and decided to leave it as it is.

Mid June 2020 i started sick seriously and early january 2021 i was diagnosed also TB, and started with TB medication which last for 180days (6month), but in between i started finding the PUS from fistula dispearing (because i was always wearing gauze). Also those pain i had been experiencing on bowel movement reduced. Now i completed TB medication in last July 2021 and, i find no neither PUS nor Pain. I also several time try check on the holed i find its keep filing up. Last two days i try not put gauze and i feel very okey .

Now i want get view from any speciality that could it be gone??? now its 4 month no pus, no pain and i find holed are on process of filling up.
