Anal fistula or perianal hematoma

Hello, the symptoms that I have for several years is weird. Near my anal area, especially when I'm constipated, I get a small purple bump, it then pops by itself in the same day or next day, fresh blood comes out. Then it heals, skin closes. Again if I eat spicy chicken or fried chicken, spicy coated peanut the cycle starts again and it heals. It always starts with purplish tiny pop and then it bursts fresh blood. Is that a fistula or perianal hematoma? I took a selfie several times and it looks same. After it pops, it never had a hole or anything. It just shows as a small tear and it closes within a day or max 3 days. Based on what I explained, could you please let me know what you think I have?
