Lumps discovered inside of rectum, no pain but overall general discomfort of the area. Was sick with Covid a few weeks ago and complained to the doctor of a swelling feeling from my perineum, he did an exam/ finger up the butt and said everything was normal. checked for myself today and discovered these.. also purplish discoloration around rectum. 30 year old male. Please help!
