Anal pain

6 days ago I had anal intercourse (with a condom) and I did not feel any pain or discomfort.

1 day later I got a fever (37.4 c).

2 days later I started to feel discomfort in the anal area but nothing bad, like itch. Day 3 discomfort and burning at the anal opening become much stronger and uncomfortable. Day 4, the pain and burning are very strong and I noticed a yellow-pink (probably blood) fluid from the anus and many sores on the anus itself. Great urgency is extremely painful and there are marks of (dark) blood on toilet paper that later disappears. Body temperature is still elevated (37.4c) and the lymph nodes in the groin are enlarged and painful. The more I google the more questions I have? proctitis, hemorrhoids, herpes, HPV etc.

We used a condom but an injury due to fingers (nails) is possible.

I made an appointment with a proctologist yesterday (Friday) but the appointment is on on Monday afternoon, so I'm wondering if there is room for concern? And is it a problem if I wait 2 more days until the examination? Apart from a fever and pain in the anal area, I have no other symptoms.

Thank you!
