Anal pain and lumps

For the past week or 2 I have been experience some mild pain/discomfort in and around my anus/anoderm. Now I have some small lumps around my anus.  Not sure what they are. I have had periodical mild bleeding from my anus over the past 10 years. The bleeding usually goes away within a week.  No bleeding at the moment.

Does anyone know what this might be?
