Is the pain a dull ache that can start on one side then move to the other? Is it so severe that you begin to pass out? What brings on the pain? Straining to have a BM or passing gas? Need more info. I can tell you that I have suffered chronic pain in that area my whole life and only one doctor could tell me what it was. It is a spasm of the pelvic floor muscles and it can be the worst pain of ones life. I have passed out from it. If this sounds like it then Dicyclomine was the only medication that worked for me. Talk to your doctor about it and suggest pelvic pain. It is difficult to determine what is going on without a proper description.
