Anal problems for 8 months, leading to heart problems

NSFW- HELP!!! ive been to so many doctors and spent all my savings on trying to fix this!! i feel pressure around my anus, and after doing number 2 i get these sores. i gotten std test, all negatives, blood test all clear bust somehow i believe i have some type of virus dowm there. going on 8 months and my heart is now starting to suffer

( i think i bursted a vein once after making alot of pressure, i felt if fill with blood when i would start walking)
